Beta Lactam Exposure in Patients With Bacterial Infections

There is a lot more data now being published on what the exposure endpoints and exposure thresholds are in actual patients. For most beta lactams, the target threshold is going to be between 50, 40 to 50 and 70% time above the MIC. And then there's a couple of studies as well that also point out that we need higher exposures. But in general, I think the quality of the evidence on the clinical side is still limited but by no means poor.
