The Danny Kruger Effect in Product Development?
The bottleneck, as you said, is not anymore in the delivery, but maybe in product management phase or somewhere before. Dora has always sort of built on this hypothesis that if we're able to ship more frequently, we are able to test more things in production and being able to test gets us feedback faster. So, now we can use that ability to experiment, that ability to get faster feedback to improve our overall product development or product management. And it's served like a recalibration of our abilities and expectations.
