The Importance of Strength in Sport Climbing
For someone like Daniel Woods who climbs V16, V17 and can flash V12s all day with his eyes closed, they'll still need this extended period of time of sport specific training and endurance training. They don't have those micro adaptations like capillary bad density in mitochondria density that help circulate blood flow more rapidly to the muscles. Those adaptations take years on end to develop. And you only get that for someone who's sport climbs predominantly.
