The first book that you wrote when i was on your staff, or the first book process that i to be a part of, was the ideal team player. That book has had more impact on the hiring and development of of individual contributors and organizations than almost any other of your books. And so it's just another reminder that there's so much low hanging fruit. Theres so much value and the simplicity the things that we all assume. So many times when we don't assume that the basics are clear, we add more value than if we try to do something really sophisticated.
