Building a Culture That Brings in the Right People

Culture is so, so important. I have no idea how people can build a company culture with everybody working from home. Not every company can have similar cultures and that's okay, but it really is so important. Building a good culture where everybody feels like they are moving in the same direction. They're part of a group. And another thing we do at Arbor Group is when we're looking to hire somebody, we have the senior people talk to this person. We feel like a primadonna can become like a cancer. Somebody comes in and they think the whole reason that the company is successful is mainly because of them.
