I need to surround myself with like minded people, or at least positivity. I do know a lot of people, but I have very small, small, small circle of friends. Less than five people that I meet and my free time. So you start painting, right? What do you paint? And I just start coloring and then see what comes out from the paper because there has been also like studies on it,. Sometimes when you paint, you figure out how you're really feeling.
