Do You Tell the Other Person It's Your First Time?

Don't make a decision about disclosure based off of what you think the other person deserves to know. If it makes you feel safer and less anxious to say like hey just want to loop you in haven't done this before then cool do it. But if you actually think that that you knowing that they know is going to get you in your head more or exacerbate your anxiety you do not owe anybody this information. You're letting me take up space but taking up space gives me so being with a person who is showing you that you deserve something you didn't realize is you can be very vulnerable too.
