The U.S. as a whole is very bullish, at least in my interpretation, on future income growth. Most of these folks are levered at 60 to 70% LTV on these properties. That's a big problem. Unless we get that growth or those interest rates coming back down, I think you're going to see pressure in the multifamily space.
