Is Retail Going Down? Is That Really What's Happening?

Am, i felt like a really different price action than am then it's been in a few years. This one lok lile be bar on a theory. I don't know if we'll ever get the same sort of crazy cultural moment that we had in 20 17 or even 20 21. But my base case for this year has just been, we've probably, i think, peak retails in the past.
