The Product Management Process for BAU

We have forums essentially where the voice of customer team will come with a very specific set of requirements that are anchored in a use case or a particular either pain point. There's a process that we go through to prioritize that figure out which things are going to have you know the biggest impact in terms of making customers happy and roll them out. We've been doing that at a very rapid pace over the last year there's a lot more to come but hopefully customers are seeing from us that change in the platform. And sometimes we get feedback that we're developing things too quickly so we've had to figure out how we kind of strike that right balance between rolling out new features and meeting those customer expectations
