Roman Mars: 99 P.E.I. is a project of 91.7 local public radio KALW in San Francisco and produced out of the offices of ArcSine, an architecture firm in the beautiful downtown Port of Oakland. It's not exactly comfortable but not the nightmare of my childhood imagination either. In the course of history there are plenty of undertakings just as unlikely as the board of Dallas. If we're lucky we get to try again make something good out of it like a park. I'd like it if they put up a plaque.
