The Importance of Dosage in Stone Disease

A lot of our stone formers aren't chronic kidney disease patients with a lot of comorbid conditions. Many of them don't need or won't tolerate a larger dose in 12.5 of hydrochlorothiazide. And so when you say this stone form is on a thiazide at 12 and a half milligrams or 25 milligrams, it's because it's with an asinhibitor. It's with an R. I like choosing a drug that treats two things, three things at once.
