The kind of volume that looks optimal for long term health is going to be 30 to forty, five minutes of brisk walking and lifting weights. You can't have too much of a bad of aBad of a good thing. And with high intensity exercise repeatedly, you can actually start to create some things that look like insolent resistance because of that stress. So yes, you may then adapt and perform better later. But don't tell yourself that this is going to make you, make you live longer,. Because the evidence suggests that it won't.
