Do You Know How to Lose Weight?

If everything was working in the right direction I would get up on Saturday morning, go train, get all my work done and then come back. If I had a 3,000 calories I would have two 1500 calorie meals in a relatively short period of time. But the real trick for me was the aerobic work. The calories were low. You got to sustain that caloric deficit while eating a high protein diet you got a strength training. It wasn't necessary that I was blowing the calories out but I was changing the composition of the food.
