Odysseus Arrives in the Phaeacian Kingdom
Odysseus, aided by Athena, arrives in the kingdom of the Phaeacians and meets Princess Nausica. He charms her with his eloquence and is offered assistance. Odysseus cleans himself up and Athena helps him appear more attractive. He prays for the Phaeacians' sympathy and with Athena's guidance, he reaches the palace of King Alkynus.
