A group of local landowners have signed a historic deal with the bogenvill government. The first step in the long process of reopening the mine. It's an exciting prospect but before we can look forward, we need to come to terms with our past. There's still so much pain and suffering from the conflict even though it ended more than 20 years ago. Only then can we create the peaceful and prosperous new country that we desperately want.
