Mob Programming and the Concept of Collaboration

Mob programming is a softer development approach where the whole team works on the same thing at the same time, in the same space. This is very similar to par programming, where two people sit at the same computer and collaborate on the same code at thesame time. In addition to softer coding, a mob programming team can work together to do almost all the work a typical softwer development team tackles. The idea of autonomy versus standardization has come up many times in the devof enterprise community.
