In a manufacturing environment, you need to be maybe more precise than just the Herbie example. There's ways to start by optimizing your flow through that constraint first. And pretty much every business, there is some constraint that you can either get other people to help take capacity for or help people take work off of. Although hiring is usually the last option.
Failures are just opportunities in disguise.
