50% of women who experience sexual harassment will leave their job or college. There's an economic cost, ther ther career cost, theire psychological and social cost there that haven't been calculated. If we want to solve this problem, if we care enough, if we see how huge and absurdly dangerous it is for us society to allow this to go on, we will measure what it's costing us. Because measuring is the only way to get to understanding what we need to do to resolve it.
