Skills are the ones that we often encounter, right? Technical skills, like, how technicalis this person? What kind of a technical background do they have? Have they worked on technical projects in the past? Content skills. Do they know ow to optimize a page? You can even test these things rightly? And so i think that those are the two areas. Then there's a second body of work around the requirements. This check list doesn't take long to go to. You can go through this check list in probably 15 minutes or less. But by the end of this you've got a much better idea of what you're going to start putting into this job description.
