Diet Logging Is a Key Concept

If we just feed ourselves correctly and live the kinds of principles I'm talking about here we don't really have to work that hard to evolve our bodies. Symptoms such as fatigue, headache, gaining weight or not having enough body fat on you are all informers they are informing us that our choices are not congruent with the needs of our body. If we keep doing that to ourselves we don't evolve we devolve but sadly we have a medical system that makes billions by drugging and cutting out the messenger so we need to be observant and pay attention to the experiences that we're having.
