Is There a Rescheduling?

When you are going into a client relationship with thoughts that are like absolutely no rescheduling, absolutely no refunds, I would just check in. When you're thinking that, how are you feeling? Where is that coming from? What's the feeling behind it? The point of this isn't to say, don't offer a reschedule or don't offer these things. But anytime you go to that place of, I need to protect myself, I just think it's really interesting to look into that.
