Bit Coin and the Jurisdictional Competition?

Some countries that are very permissive of bit coin will kind of attract a lot of capital. But i don't think there would be any jurisdiction that would say, ok, no, ky c a m l, you know, anything goes here. A for fiat on and off ramps. And we've seen them do that to countries like iron where they essentially cut them off from the world financial system as a form of punishment or sanctions.
