The Medium Flocking Bird Test at Climb Condition
If the fan is not spinning as fast there's a higher likelihood that the bird can be ingested into the engine so we should certify for those slower speeds. The new requirements are called the medium flocking bird test at climb condition they'll need to send a bird into the engine at 160 knots and 151 knots indicated airspeed.
