Homelessness and the President's Interventions?
Yoon J: I really appreciated you laying out some of the history of the president with regards to homelessness. You also talk about various continuities and reforms of these approaches, like in the 90s and subsequently. Could you just give kind of an outline of that history for folks here too? Yoon J: Yeah, for sure. So I think really I want to focus on three strains of his interventions, right? There's like simply starvation. Then there's the kind of slothing off of responsibility to the private and non-profitsHere. And then third, the kind of policymaking that ties any sort of public benefit to forms of coerced control.
