Introduction

This week Mickey will go through some practical tips to help someone improve their body composition. They're going to be based on diet, lifestyle or exercise based changes that someone could make in order to either push past a weight loss plateau or begin their body recomposition campaign. So I've got a hundred of them, not sure that I'll get through all 100 today. And in fact, if I don't, we will just do fat boss number two, part two, and I'll do half of them next week.
