Introduction

There's an old Hollywood story, which may or may not be true, about Humphrey Bogart. He was about to film an explainer scene in one of those dialogue-heavy set pieces. The director gave him a simple piece of on-screen business all he had to do to inject the scene with some interesting drama. In the end, Bogart didn't get his two camels but got a camel unfiltered and eventually soft, gentle cancer.
