"We're judged on how we look because men are so deeply visual," she says. "Women have an unconscious bias towards making a decision on your value based on how you look" She puts three women through exercises where they must judge themselves by their tribal, cultural and individual views. The most interesting thing about that is all the same - there'll be 23, 40, and 60 will have the same views. 'It's terrifying... Because we think we're individual,' she adds.
