I think the intellectually hyper honest thing probably is even more important for franchisee or as I know that there's a lot of um really wonderful partners coming in now with venture capital and all kinds of big paychecks to help franchisee. "If you only know that's finite for eight years then don't sign a deal for ten right?" he says. 'Franchising is a full contact sport you have 100% energy and if you can't do it because it's not gonna be fair to you or anyone right?’ she adds. “That's what drew me back in after eight years was like you know I really miss this environment"
