The Supreme Court's Non-Ruling in Gaza v Harkin
Solicitor general filed a quote petition for certiorari. He didn't actually ask the Supreme Court to hear the case, given that the only technical determination by the court of appeals was whether to stay the lower court ruling on the injunction. The women had already been pushed to their second trimester. A DC Circuit panel has essentially agreed with the initial stay ruling of the full DC Circuit and said, or I'm sorry, or ours policy is unlawful.
