There is a literal throttle on the right hand, and you can twist it, and power will be sent to the tires. The federal limits miles an hour are 20mph at rad; we have 750 wats of power. It's the great equalizer. It flattens hills, even steep ones. And these weigh more because they've got the battery,. They've got the chunky tires. Or if you like to, you can peddle.
