The Prognostic Significance of Heart Failure

It seems to me like, I think there's all of us have had this just PND and orthopnea. There is a little bit of debate about what exactly the prognostic significance of it is. But am I going to now consider asking this question to patients in which I'm trying to think about is this heart failure or is this an acute decompensation? That's how you're making it harder.
