i agree that he's sort of playing out a little, a little plalet, right? A little back and forth. But at the same time, i think he's staging a transition. He's staging arefrain ing to say, you know, it turns out we get ourselves when we've inherited from tradition about what constitutes the right life. When it's just presented as an individual choice or an individual problem, that's not enough. It's a mackerel problem of the city state.
