Cost of capital is going up. If you're looking to execute a leverage by art, kind of the classical sense or what most searches are trying to do, that's going to be more expensive. I think really it's just starting at first principles and looking at how much leverage is there already. Because interest rates are really only a risk when they rise if somebody has too much leverage.
