For pure hypertrophy training, I want to see that as many of those nutrients around the training is generally possible. And that's not until eating in the middle of the workout that's drinking calories. Now, again, I may change my mind when our fasting study comes out, but as it stands now, there is no advantage to not fueling around the training.
