I don't think we have that kind of financial system tipping over problem. I think what we've got is terms of trade shifting dramatically against those people who import energy, and benefiting those countries at export energy. When you heap up a whole bunch of money in the gulf, they buy what they want to buy; it doesn't help you if you're in a market they don't want to buy. What will happen isa a gulf aa allocation will include a lot of us equities, cause what the hell? They got to buy something. Well, that's t the trends have been for years. And so that money gets recycled at all roads and lead back to a domestic markets
