Is There a Need for Stage Rollouts?

The first feature that should be developed on any connected product or integrated, you don't have to develop it yourself, is over the air updates. I do think start with OTA, use it the whole time, and again, incrementally improve. And then the incremental improvement is just like, what features am I going to integrate this week rather than developing new capability?
