The Importance of Public Information in Democracy
Most intelligence is about shaping an argument. And in a democracy that has to be done publicly, it just does. That's the information going in and, you say, work in progress on the information coming out where that goes. Will any of it come to the public? Well, I hope so. But what we need to do is make sure we're using it properly.
