Mindful Eating or Diet Tracking?
A lot of people say that mindful eating and intuitive eating are the same thing. And in fact, mindful eating and macro tracking can be very synergistic as they are used for different but potentially complementary purposes. This is a very useful set of strategies, but it is not an alternative to seeking important medical care. If you have concerns about any psychological outcomes, you should absolutely consult with a qualified medical professional rather than dive right into self treating something with some type of mindfulness based practice.

In reality, mindful eating and diet tracking can be used synergistically when pursuing a variety of goals, including weight loss.
