The Non-Judgement Aspect of Writing

I try to stress the whole non-judgment aspect of it. But you have to realize then that there is no failure. There's no competition, but everybody accepts it. It's not only the worry of other people judging your idea, but really even more so you judging your own idea. That's the biggest hurdle people are learning and probably have to get over. They have the expectations you've shown yourself. Exactly.
