Delta's Maintenance Controllers Figured Out the Jammed or Restricted Flight Controls Procedure
NTSB: Water likely traveled into and drained through a candid pressure bulkhead in the vicinity of the L or on control system components located within the main landing gear. Well, the water likely froze on more components, which led to the pilots limited control of the plane. That could have been at the wrong moment, a very dangerous situation.
