The Evolution of the Common Law

Common law has imbedded wisdom in it that's evolved over time. It produces a set of rules that are uniform where uniformity is valuable, and diverse when conditions are diverse. In the early history of the common law, before we had publishing or distribution, the inner nat didn't know what was happening. They're definitely not aware that they're participating in something.
