Enemwold: The idea of changing the law over the weekend is absolutely something that we see, you know, that we expect to come from a dictatorship. And I think that if the Saudi government or the Saudi royal family is hurting for money due to bad investments, they could try to recoup that from what really is the Saudi cash cow - Ramco. Enemwold says this probably speaks to the fact that they need more diversity and they feel like they've got a lot of cash and they want to invest it.
