How to Invest in One Area

Do your research, make sure you've got your system set up right. Don't let people who invest in their own areas because they're scared to go elsewhere dictate to you that should be your strategy. And plus, if you invest all in one area, is that wise thing as well? What happens if the goal posts move? Transport links suddenly aren't as good as they were for some reason or a big employer in that area shuts down. My properties are scattered across England. Therefore, I should be at less risk if something like that was to happen in one of those talents or cities. For me all day, no brainer. I'd walk to Scotland for that return. It
