The Effects of Being a Creative Director on My Work Life Balance

I would like to say that I'm still involved in the creative, but truthfully it's just not the case anymore. It has benefited the company quite a bit because there's more autonomy with the creative directors and they can take on projects without having to worry about looping me in. So that has allowed us to scale. And we can talk about that what those are later.
