I think that's a healthy tension, because I have seen that with other companies that it feels like we have a great idea. And yet the team is still actually figuring out what it should be or how big the opportunity really is. The engineers would never be working on what their new team was signed up for, right? We'd still be using them on,. you know, other sorts of leftover projects or tech debt or whatever it was. And so, yeah, you absolutely nailed it. You're giving these triads the breathing room that they need to give us the confidence that they then are ready for engineering.
