The Future of Data Visualization

Sensors are going to largely turn from passive to active, meaning we used to put stickers on things. And those stickers will be turned into active tags, so that you can find stuff in real time. I think cheap hardware is going to help a lot. Right now, most visualization systems are 2D because 3D is too expensive for most people. But 3D will get cheaper and cheaper.
