The idea that there's something magically significant about the line between endogenous and exogenous information processing or memory seems fishy to me. I tend to live my life in a blissful distance from having to know on any given day what the day's date is. The resistance to the extended mind thesis seems to privilege the boundary of the skin in some kind of dogmatic way. And if you take unconscious mental processing seriously, then you can't keep the unconscious locked in the head.
