Is There a Chance of Redeeming Concepts in International Law?
I think it can be instrumentally used for both purposes, but I do not have any apriori commitment. Our assumptions about the relationship between concepts and normal activity are part of the reason why international law is underused. It's a whole humanity, the history of the man who teaches that change will come about at some point,. maybe someday I don't know, but I think they are open to date.
