Femme Fettal by Nico Reed and Sterling Morrison
Nico was born Kristoff Pafgen in Cologne, Germany. She became a fashion model in her teens and had minor roles in art films. Nico fell in with Andy Warhol's crowd in the late 1960s doing whatever it was they all did. The band members didn't like the idea, but Nico ended up singing three songs on this album. Her vocals on Femme Fettal are a trip, she sounds like she barely knows English,. But aside from Nico, there's nothing weird here, just a garden variety, amazing pop song.
